Appointment will be confirmed only after full payment of consultation fees.
Payment must be made through the hospital's secure online payment gateway.

Refund Policy

To cancel an appointment, please contact the hospital helpdesk.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
In case of technical issues or appointment failures due to hospital-side concerns, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
All refunds will be processed at the billing counter between 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on hospital working days only.
